The services are provided by MYOB Systems and Taxation Accountants who have many years experience working with a wide range of businesses and organisations. Our success has come from combining our accounting, computing and taxation skills then applying them to suit your particular business or organisational activities.  We can provide tax and accounting services online or we can come to your office whichever best suits you.

To send us your MYOB Datafile*** via the internet see below.

1) To do services via the internet we need a zipped backup copy of your myobdatafile please read our terms and conditions and then follow steps below before sending your datafile;

1a) Make sure to tell us what myob product/software you are using, including product version number and which windows\mac operating system you are running.

1b) Email to us your master password or request for your passwords to be reset. 

1c)Send us your myob data file via email as an attachment(Note if your datafile is 10MB or more in size this method is not suitable). For files that are >10mb and larger in compressed size please upload your file via our dropbox below. Click on the picture of the box below and then complete your contact and message details so that we can further assist you.

2) Send to us CD via the post and marking it "please do not bend" or courier(faster delivery)
or
3) Request for us to come and pick up the datafile which we are happy to do but note that travel charges will apply beyond 10km radius from our Success, WA office.

***Please remember to send us the most recent backup copy of your "data file" in the zip file format. Note if you must continue to enter transactions whilst we are working on your file please notify us thank you. We would prefer if you can cease to enter transactions whilst we are working on your file and use your datafile only for finding and making enquiries of transactions already recorded. Alternatively we may be able to connect remotely to your datafile via the internet and work simultaneously if you have multi-user datafile access capabilities.

Setup a new data-file/develop your existing data-file

You would like your myob data-file professionally setup/developed to suit your business activities by a systems accountant. Opening balances, account linkages, categories, office-link, GST codes, BAS template, historical balances and other important features will be setup and/or checked. Note to setup a multi-user datafile sharing we may need to come onsite to network your computers. We understand that you may have specialised banking, invoicing, purchasing, inventory,payroll and networking requirements which we can setup for your business. Furthermore we realise that you may want to integrate your myob software with other third party software applications. Reporting Services

Are you looking for reports such as cash flow analysis, bank reconciliations, inventory reconciliations, profit&loss and/or balance sheet reports. Perhaps you require a special purpose management report or would you like us to provide you with ODBC(Direct connection to your datafile)reports which can expand your myob reporting capabilities greatly and save you time particularly if the report has recurrence?

Troubleshooting/Auditing Services

Recording or finding transactions is slow? You are getting error messages(please note the number)? You are having trouble balancing your accounts? You don't believe the figures and want them checked by an accountant? Your datafile has failed the "Verify Company File" test? Not sure that you're entering the data thru the right command centre?

Online Payroll Services

Would like us to do your payroll online? We can do the preparation, processing and/or reporting on your behalf and have it checked by an accountant. We will be using secure authorisation procedures incorporating 128 byte encryption technology and can provide an audit report of all payment transactions from your bank account to employees whenever we do a pay-run. Note we may require your assistance in the preparation of payroll due to logistical reasons.

Payment Procedure

When we have completed work we will email, fax or mail a detailed taxable invoice for payment. Alternate options for payment are as follows; Credit Card, Bpay, Direct Bank Deposit and Cheque\Money Order. Once we have received your payment we will send your datafile and reports back to you in the format you requested.
